• foggy mourning

                                                             winter beauty

    i'm yet

     in a

    foggy mourning

    over the splinter

    given me

    before

    the garden

    by

    the tree

    when

    in essence

    they tied three

    the Father

    the Son

    & me

    i was walking

    this morning

    against

    a brutal

    winter wind

    when

    she called out

    from across

    the way

    there she stood

    radiating

    from her center

    out

     in the open

    yet

    slightly hidden

    willingly

    exposing herself

    for any

    passerby's

    consideration

    if in fact

    any lingered

    long enough

    these days

    to consider

    such anomalies

    she swayed

    barely frayed

    or burned

    around

    her edges

    despite

    fluctuating

    &

    freezing weather

    i touched her

    in reverence

    & prayed

    in silence

    to my guidance

    to be

    fully imbued

    with the

    vivid coloring

    strength

    & inner spirit

    of a

    rebellious

     ever giving

    winter camellia

    planted

    on a side street

                                  radiating center

picks by me shot's fired in Xrayman's garden

    The centers are so exotic.

  • Beautiful poetry Beck... your words have layers of meaning for me this morning. You are a special lady. Take good care of yourself.

  • You painted a lovely picture with your words, Beck. I always enjoy your prose. Beautiful blossom too. Hugs and love. --R

  • looks like a bright shining sun blazing in the sky... how did you find a flower in all this cold?!? it's crazy down here. every night it'sin the 20s. you'd think it was jan. or feb. right now.

  • It is important not to confuse Oil of Oregano with common oregano that is used as a spice for cooking. Common oregano is typically

    Origanum Marjoram

, while Oil of Oregano is derived from

    Origanum Vulgare

    .

Oil of Oregano can be purchased as either a liquid or as capsules/tablets. In both forms, it is important to verify that the oil is derived from the proper potent oregano plant, and that the

    carvacrol

    concentration is at least 70%.

What are the Benefits of Oil of Oregano?

The ancient Greeks were one of the first people to recognize oregano oil for its health benefits and medicinal qualities. It is known to be a potent antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiparasitic oil that can reduce pain and inflammation and effectively fight off infections.

Some of the specific benefits of Oil of Oregano are:

Destroying organisms that contribute to skin infections and digestive problems.

Strengthening the immune system.

Increasing joint and muscle flexibility.

Improving respiratory health.

I take about 6000 mg of Vitamin C a day now too. You will know what your body needs because if you take too much you will get loose stool and I upped the fluid intake. I drink bottled water because I can measure how much I have drank then. Love you, Judi
